We take great pride in purchasing our wood from authorized and supervised plantations in Slovenia, while instituting daily operational policies directly targeted at minimizing our ecological footprint.

How is the furniture packed?
Once our furniture is produced, carefully inspected, and checked one final time, each piece is carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival. Take comfort in knowing that your item will be well-protected and packaged with care.
How do I activate my account?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at email@example.com.
How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We would be happy to assist you in changing your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please be advised, however, that once shipment is on the way, we cannot change an existing order. A new order will have to be placed on our website for any additional products.
How do I return my order?
We really hope you love every VOGA Home item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out this Return Form.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we accept Credit/Debit cards through PayPal payments. You can also make a direct bank transfer to our account. All the information regarding payment will be available in a confirmation e-mail.
How do I make payments using PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to voga-home.com system for your order. It’s fast, easy & secure.
Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?
Product ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out if using direct bank transfer as a payment gateway.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your VOGA Home account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. You can also change your billing and shipping addresses under My Account > Addresses.
How do you ship my orders?
All your orders are sent via priority mail or delivery company. A tracking number will be given to you. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you during checkout based on the package destination and weight.
How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under My Account > Orders. For delivery via registered postage, a tracking number will be given. You can track your shipment under Order Tracking.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under this categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your Delivery Order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
